 ASN Worklists

 

You can use the worklists to check which ASNs need action from your side, to perform the required action, or just to check the status of your ASNs. You can find the worklists for advanced shipping notifications (ASNs) on the ASNs screen.

Note Note

In the user interface (UI) add-on for purchase order collaboration for SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC), you can create ASNs only from purchase orders. To do so, choose the Items Due for ASN Creation worklist on the Purchase Orders screen. On the ASNs screen, you can process only already existing ASNs.

For the ASN worklists only the table view is available.

The system includes several worklists that contain ASNs of different header statuses. The set of actions you can perform on an ASN depends on the ASN header status.

For the ASNs, the following worklists are available:

  • All ASNs

    This worklist contains all ASNs in the system, except for those that have the header status Closed.

  • Canceled ASNs

  • Draft ASNs

    The worklist displays the ASNs that you, as a supplier, have saved as draft. Draft ASNs can be changed, published, or canceled.

  • Published ASNs

    This worklist offers you an overview of all the ASNs you already published. You cannot change these ASNs anymore.

    The worklist of all published ASNs is broken down into five worklists, based on the header status of the ASN.

    • ASNs to be shipped

      Published ASNs whose shipping dates lie in the future

    • ASNs in transit

      Published ASNs whose shipping dates have passed and the delivery dates lie in the future

    • ASNs due for goods receipt

      Published ASNs whose delivery dates have passed and no goods receipts have been posted by the customer for the ASNs

    • ASNs with partial goods receipt

      For the ASNs in this worklist, the customer has confirmed a partial goods receipt.

    • ASNs with complete goods receipt

      For the ASNs in this worklist, the customer has confirmed a complete goods receipt.
