Edit ASN

Choose the Edit option to change a draft ASN. You get the same window as when you created the ASN. You can overwrite the ASN data, you can add lines to the ASN (but you cannot add a line referencing a different purchase order item), or you can delete lines. You can choose to save the ASN as draft (in this case the ASN remains editable), or you can publish the ASN.

You can run the checks that have been set up in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) on your entries before saving (choose Check Entries). If you publish an ASN, the checks run automatically, and the ASN is published only if no errors are found..

Publish ASN

To publish an ASN to the customer, choose the Edit option for the ASN in the worklist. In the Edit ASN window, choose Publish ASN.

Cancel ASN

You, as a supplier, can cancel a draft ASN. To do so, choose the Cancel option for the ASN in the worklist.
