SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC), user interface (UI) add-on for purchase order collaboration provides a redesigned, engaging user experience for supplier users to manage the purchase orders they receive from the customer, and to handle ASNs.
The business process of purchase order collaboration in the UI add-on is fundamentally the same as in SAP SNC (using the Web UI). The UI add-on offers several new features, such as keeping record of the confirmation cycle, and the calculation of the time until a supplier should react to a specific purchase order item.
Both customers and suppliers benefit from the redesigned user interface:
Suppliers have a better overview of their current tasks which purchase orders and ASNs they have to handle, and they can complete their tasks easier.
Customers can expect lower effort for training and supporting their suppliers with regard to SAP SNC.
SAP Fiori Apps for SAP Supply Network Collaboration
As of Support Package 01 for SAP SNC, UI add-on for purchase order collaboration 1.0, two SAP Fiori apps are available:
Implementation Considerations
The UI add-on for purchase order collaboration for SAP SNC can be used only on top of an existing SAP SNC installation, in either of the deployment options (SAP SNC as an add-on to SAP NetWeaver, or SAP SNC as part of a full SCM Server installation).
You must have one of the following products installed to be able to install the SAP SNC, UI add-on for purchase order collaboration:

Integration
The prerequisite of using the UI add-on for purchase order collaboration is to have the purchase order collaboration business process set up in SAP SNC.
Features
You as a supplier use the UI add-on for purchase order collaboration to do the following:
Have an overview of your order-related tasks, and see what is urgent, using the Home page.
Check your worklists of purchase orders to find out which purchase order items need to be confirmed, which ones are due for ASN creation, or which ones need special attention.
Check your worklists of ASNs to have an overview of which ASNs need still to be published, and learn the statuses of your published ASNs.
Display the details of an individual purchase order or ASN, and its items.
Confirm or reconfirm one or more purchase order items, and display the history of a purchase order item through confirmation cycles.
Create an ASN based on one or more purchase order item schedule lines, and edit and publish it.
Display the relations between ASNs and purchase order items.
Flag purchase order items that are of special importance.
Have an overview of the unread notes.
Confirm a purchase order item in a mobile app (Confirm Purchase Orders).
Check the purchase orders you already confirmed in a mobile app (Display Confirmed Purchase Orders).
Constraints
Currently, the UI add-on for purchase order collaboration for SAP SNC includes the supplier view only.
Subcontracting and attachment handling is currently not supported.
