User Management Configuration

If your installation includes a SAP NetWeaver Portal, user management is provided by the user management engine (UME), a service in the SAP NetWeaver Application Server (AS) Java. This section describes the procedures for the configuration of user management that are specific to the portal. The more general procedures are described in the documentation for the underlying AS Java.
