Coverage Analyzer Settings

By choosing  Coverage Analyzer  Administration  Settings , you can do the following setup and customizing tasks in the Coverage Analyzer (transaction SCOV):

• Specify the thresholds for code coverage.

  With the fields in Light Settings: Coverage Evaluation, you can specify the thresholds for code coverage.

  The Coverage Analyzer uses these thresholds to decide whether a processing block counts as 'adequately tested'. It sets the Status traffic light icon for the processing block to red, yellow, or green according to these thresholds.

• Specify which packages should be included in code coverage histories.

  By default histories record data on most development packages in a system. You should limit histories to the packages in which you are developing and testing.

• Prepare for collecting code coverage data from remote systems..

• Increase or decrease the level of monitoring in the Coverage Analyzer.

  If you are having any problems with the Coverage Analyzer, then you can increase the detail in the Analyzer's monitor. You can also have the monitor display more messages. .
