Function documentationAvailability Monitor in CCMS

You can use the Availability monitor to do the following:

  • Display the availability and status of systems and instances

  • Analyze system response times

  • Monitor the number of users logged on

To do this, the monitor uses the CCMSPING agent to check the availability of the message server of the corresponding system. The results are assigned a severity, represented by a color. In the standard system, the Availability monitor checks for the availability of a system every 240 seconds.

Prerequisites

You have activated the business function Supply Network Collaboration 1 (SCM_SNC_GEN_1).
