Import Queue Web UI - Activating Inactive TransportsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Normally, you cannot import transports with the import status Approval missing (see TMS Quality Assurance). In exceptional cases, you can manually activate non-approved (inactive) transports in the import queue without a quality check.

Prerequisites

You have the required authorization. For more information, see Import Queue Web UI - Authorizations.

Procedure

To activate inactive transports proceed as follows:

  1. Start the Import Queue Web UI for the SAP system where you want to activate inactive transports.

  2. Select the inactive transports that you want to activate and choose Start of the navigation path More... Next navigation step Activate... End of the navigation path.

  3. Confirm that you want to activate the selected transports.

The transports are activated locally in the import queue of the selected system. The import status changes to Transport is ready for import.

Result

You can now import the activated transports.
