Import Queue Web UI - Adding a Transport to the Import QueueLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

Sometimes you may have to place a transport in a queue that is no longer contained in any other queue or whose data was manually copied to the transport directory.

Procedure

  1. Open the Import Queue Web UI for the target system in whose import queue you want to place the transport.
  2. Choose Start of the navigation path More... Next navigation step Add End of the navigation path.

The Add Transports dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the Transport ID or use the input help to select one.
Note The input help lists all transports that exist in the transport directory. You can restrict the transport selection generically (for example, by entering DEVK*). This improves the performance of the input help.
  4. If you have already imported the transport and you want to re-import it into the same system, select the Import Again option.
  5. Choose Add.
  6. Confirm the prompt.

Results

The transport was added to the import queue.
