
When you export texts for offline translation, an entry is written to the Text Externalization log. This log provides an overview of details relating to each exported object. A log entry is also created when exported texts are imported back into the system, or if an export or an import cancels with an exception.
Call transaction Translation Administration (LXE_MASTER) and choose . The Display Status and Logs for Text Externalization screen is displayed.
In the Data Selection group box you can select the type of data that you want to display for the export/import.

Object Status with Logs |
Select this option to display the export and import status of each translation object and any related log messages. |

Object Status Detailed |
This option displays the export and import status of each translation object and all other available information. |

Display All Logs |
All log messages are displayed. |

Language Status |
Use this option to display the language status. |

Export Header |
This option displays the header information of the export and import, including the description that you entered for the export in the Job Description field. |
In the Filters group box you can enter further information to fine-tune the results of the log display.

Export ID |
The export ID of the most recent export is displayed by default. |

Source Language/ Target Language/ Object Type /Object Name |
Use these criteria to refine your log display as required. |

Log Level |
Refine your log display according to log level, for example, Information, Warning, Error, and Abort. |
To display all log messages for each translation object in a specific export, proceed as follows:
In the Data Selection group box, select Display All Logs.
Under Filters, ensure the correct ID is entered in the
Export ID field and choose
Execute.
