XML Message Processing Monitor in CCMS
You use the XML Message Processing
monitor to show if alerts in XML inbound and outbound message processing reach critical thresholds. To do this, the monitor counts the number of alerts of type 1125 for each client of the SAP SNC system and displays the results
in a tree structure. The results are assigned a severity, represented by a color. In the standard system, the XML Message Processing
monitor checks every 240 seconds if alerts of type 1125 have been generated.
You have checked the settings in Customizing for Supply Network Collaboration
under . You have made sure that the alerts for the message types that you want to monitor are not deactivated.
The following table lists the severity colors:
Number of Alerts |
Color |
|---|---|
Less than 50 |
Green |
More than 50 |
Yellow |
More than 100 |
Red |
If you want to process the alerts shown in CCMS, call up the Web user interface for SAP SNC and use the Alert Monitor.
You can change the default values for severity and the frequency of the XML message processing check. To do this, in the CCMS Monitor Sets
, select the alert monitoring tree in the XML Message Processing
monitor whose settings you
want to change, and then choose the Properties
pushbutton.
