Changing the Standard Settings for Target Systems

You have created target systems for non-ABAP transports with automatically generated standard settings.

1. Call transaction STMS.

2. Choose System Overview.

3. Select a system.

   The screen Display TMS Configuration: System <SID> appears.

4. Choose the tab page Transport Tool.

5. Switch to change mode.

6. Optional: If you want to connect further applications with CTS, choose  GoTo  Application Types  Deployment Method .

   Proceed as described in Configuring Target Systems for Further Applications.

7. Optional: As required, add the following parameters that control the behavior of the target systems, or change the existing values:

   • DEPLOY_URL

   • DEPLOY_XI_URL

   • DEPLOY_SLD_URL

   • DEPLOY_WEB_SERVICE

   • DEPLOY_DATA_SHARE

     Note

     This parameter is not required if you use HTTP-based deployment.

     Note

     If the CTS Deploy Web service is not on the CTS server and is on another server instead, you have to change this parameter. The server on which the CTS Deploy Web service runs must be able to access the transport directory. Specify the directory used by the CTS Deploy web service to access the ABAP transport directory, and configure appropriate authorizations for the user <sid>adm.

   • CTS_FILE_PROVIDER_URI

     Note

     This parameter is not required if you use HTTP-based deployment.

   • DEPLOY_OUTBOX

   • DEPLOY_OUTBOX-<APPLICATION_TYPE>

   • CTS_SYSTEM_MAPPING

   • CTS_SYSTEM_TYPE

   • DI_SYSTEM

   • COMMUNICATION_SYSTEM

8. Save your settings.
