The following columns are available in both the Instance-Specific Logon List and System-Wide Logon List:
Column |
Meaning |
|---|---|
Client (Client) |
Name of the client |
User Name |
Name of the user |
Client Host |
The client host identifies the connected client of the user. The format of the client host depends on the type of logon. If the client is SAP GUI, the client host contains the host name of the client. If the client is HTTP, the IP address of the client is specified as the client host. |
Application |
Information about the current application. For example, this can be an SAP transaction code. |
Dialog Time |
Time of the user's last request to the system. |
Session (Number of Sessions) |
This field specifies the number of sessions belonging to a user. |
Priority |
Specifies the priority with which requests are executed for this session. If there are work process bottlenecks, a request can be displaced by another request with higher priority. |
Session Type |
Type of executed session. (e.g. GUI, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, RFC, BGRFC Scheduler, BGRFC Unit, APC, BATCH, SYSTEM). You can find detailed information about the different session types from the F1 help in the system. |
Memory (Memory Net) |
Total size in kilobytes of extended memory (EM) occupied for a session, plus the memory that is visible for all internal sessions (global memory). |
ConvID (Conversation ID) |
Unique eight digit number identifying RFC connections. The conversation ID can be used to find RFC connections within:
|
Application Info. |
Additional information about the current application. |
Session Key |
Displays the internal key of a session. The internal key of a session consists of three parts:
The session key is displayed in the form T<logon handle>_U<logon ID>_M<session handle>, (for example, T15_U234_M2 |
Trace (User Trace) |
The status of the user trace. The statuses are On and Off (On: user trace activated / Off: user trace deactivated). |
Memory (Gross) |
Total size (KB) of all occupied extended segment (ES) blocks for a session, plus the memory visible for all internal sessions. |
Memory (Heap) |
Total size in kilobytes of heap memory occupied in the local process for a session. When heap memory local to the process is used, a session is fixed to a work process. For this reason this memory type is used only for batch and internal system tasks (e.g. batch scheduler tasks). |
Memory (Hyper) |
Total size of logon-specific memory in kilobytes. All sessions belonging to the logon can use this memory. Hypermemory is used to store logon-specific data (for example, logon information such as language and client) that is used by all the sessions. The value indicates the size of the memory occupied in kilobytes. For performance reasons a heap manager is also used here. |
Memory (ABAP) |
Size in kilobytes of the memory occupied by the ABAP-VM. This is the memory that is required by the ABAP-VM while the program to store local variables, tables, and so on is executed. Depending on the session type these memory requirements are forwarded either to the extended memory (EM) or to the local process heap manager. |
Paging Blocks |
Number of SAP paging blocks used. The size of a paging block is 8 KB. |
RFC Type |
RFC type There is a distinction between internal RFC connections and external RFC connections: Internal (I): Internal RFC from an application server in the same system External (E): External RFC from another SAP system or an external client |
Main Program |
Name of the main program used. |
Security Context Index |
Internal reference to security context (time invariant) |
Info Logon |
Additional information about the logon type (sync. RFC: Async.RFC; RFC UI; HTTP; HTTP-UI; HTTP ITS; BATCH; SMTP; BGRFC scheduler; BGRFC unit; APC; APC UI) You can find detailed information about the different session types from the F1 help in the system. |
Tasks (Open Tasks) |
Number of open tasks of the session (e.g. pending responses from RFC calls and HTTP calls). |
The following column is available on in the System-Wide Logon List:
Column |
Meaning |
|---|---|
Server Name |
The name of the application server is displayed here. |
