Use

Selected menu entries and functions of the process overview are described below:

To use these functions, you first need to select at least one row in the table.

Overview of the Most Important Functions
  • Display information about a user

    Here detailed information about a user is displayed, for instance, first and last name.

  • Log off user locally

    To log a user off from the system, select the user in the table. Note that all sessions opened by the selected user will be terminated.

  • Log off user system-wide

    Select a user in the table. Note that all users in the same client are logged on with the same user name by the system.

  • Activate user trace with trace level 2

    Here you can activate the trace level for a user with trace level 2. You can identify whether the user trace is activated for a user by the yellow highlighted line for that user.

  • Activate user trace with trace level 3

    Here you can activate the trace level for a user with trace level 3. You can identify whether the user trace is activated for a user from the yellow highlighted line for that user.

  • Displaying the user trace

    The user trace file is generated from all the trace files written system-wide. The trace file contains user-specific entries since the time the user trace was generated.

  • Deactivate the user trace

    Here you can deactivate the user trace.

  • Reset user trace for all files

    Here you can reset all specific entries of the user trace file for all files.

  • Reset user trace for all work process files

    Here you can reset all specific entries of the user trace file for all work process files.

  • Display technical Information for support purposes

  • Adjust column overview

  • Display system-wide logon list
