Banning User Accounts or IP Addresses
You can ban user accounts, IP addresses and a host name as described below. The different ban levels are as follows:

1. In the wiki administration console, choose
System 
Settings 
.
2. In the navigation pane, choose Ban Settings .
Enable Banning
1. In the Ban Settings tab under Ban Users, select Enabled .
2. Optional: Enable notification for banned users and change the e-mail subject and body as required.
Ban a User Account, an IP Address or a Ban a Host Name
If you ban an IP address, you must enable the system property for IP tracking ( skin.default.trackIP ).
1. Open the Ban User Account , Ban IP Address or Ban Hostname tab.
2. Specify the user name, the IP address or the host name.
3. Select the ban level.
4. Define when the ban expires.
5. Optional: Enter a comment about the banned user account or IP address.
6. Choose Create .
