Procedure documentationMaintaining Global BWA Index Settings

 

To check or change the system-wide BWA index settings, an interface is provided containing all relevant parameters aligned in tab pages.

Procedure

  1. To do this, choose Start of the navigation path BW Accelerator Next navigation step Index Settings Next navigation step Change Global Parameters End of the navigation path on the SAP NetWeaver BW Accelerator Monitor screen (transaction RSDDBIAMON2). The Maintain BWA Index Parameters screen appears.

  2. On the Indexing Performance, Indexing Process, System Settings, Memory Settings and Check Settings and Workspace Settings tab pages, you can check or change the values of the global parameters.

  3. By pressing Note, you can view the relevant SAP Note for each parameter.

  4. Press Save to save your settings. The settings apply throughout the system.
