The ExecLoad server permission is a prerequisite for executing the following DBM commands:

auto_load_systab	Updating the system tables automatically
load_lcapps	Loading the application libraries
load_r3tab	Loading the SAP-specific tables
load_systab	Loading the system tables
load_tutorial	Loading the SQL tutorial files
