Resetting User PersonalizationLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use the Personalization Data Cleanup tool to clear personalization and reset the home page for end users.

Prerequisites

You are assigned the System Admin role.

Context

After end users have logged on to the SAP Fiori launchpad for the first time, any consequent changes made by administrators are not reflected in the home page. Do the following to reset the home page to the predefined content:
Caution You cannot undo this action. Resetting user personalization also removes all changes to groups and tiles in groups made by the end user.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Start of the navigation path System Administration Next navigation step Support Next navigation step PCD Tools Next navigation step Personalization Data Cleanup End of the navigation path.
  2. In the Search for field, type a user login ID, and choose Go.
  3. Select the com.sap.portal.navigation.flp.pl.UserData attribute, and choose Remove Application Personalization.
