Log Area
The Space Management display of the Database Alert Monitor shows you status information about logging and automatic log backups, as well as the last log sequence number.
1. Start the Database Alert Monitor.
2. Choose <Name of the Database Connection>→ Space Management → Log Area.

Occupied storage space as a percentage |
Log Writing |
Shows you whether the logging is active or not. |
Autosave Log |
Shows you whether automatic log backups are activated or not. If automatic log backups are not activated, a yellow alert is generated. |
Last Log I/O Sequence Number |
Shows you the last log sequence number. |
