In the Properties display of the Database Alert Monitor, you can find, among other things, information about the database state.

       1.      Start the Database Alert Monitor.

       2.      Choose <Name of the database connection> → Properties → State.

Result

The system displays the following:

Display

Default for Alerts

Current State

Current operational state

Restart

Shows you when database instance was started
