Display and Analyze Update Records 
This function provides you with an overview of the update requests and a tool to investigate any problems that may have occurred. This function does not display requests that have been updated successfully.
Note
You can also see the same display if you choose 
(Administration of Update System), and select all update requests or canceled update requests. However, this function does not allow you to define detailed selection criteria.

Procedure
Define the selection criteria. You can select update requests by the following properties.

Type of update request
The options for selecting the status are:
Canceled: Display canceled updates only
To be updated: Display updates that have not yet been processed (the reasons why are also displayed)
V1 executed: Display executed V1 updates
V2 executed: Display executed V2 updates
All: Display all update requests
Date and time
Interval (date and time) for which the updates are to be displayed
Max. no. of records
Maximum number of update records to be displayed
Update server
Update server on which an update was executed
NoteNo input or * will display all possible update requests.

Green color in the Status field means that the update is currently running or has not yet started. You are not required to do anything provided that the list is not too long and the updates are not being processed.
Red color in the Status field means that an error occurred and the update request could not be processed.
In many cases, information relating to the cause of the error is given in parentheses.
The Info column provides the following information.
