Data Distribution 

Purpose

The Data Distribution IT process allows you to distribute data from your data warehouse to other data warehouses, if you are operating several data warehouses.

Use of the Process

Prerequisites

In order to run this process, you need an InfoProvider. You have created this in the Data Modeling IT process.

Process Flow

The following process runs in the BI usage type:

       1.      You define the distribution of data to other BI systems by means of the data mart interface.

       2.      You define the distribution of data to other systems by means of open hub destinations.

Result

You have defined data distribution to additional data warehouses.
