Closing All Portal Session Windows 
You can configure the portal to close all open portal windows when a portal user chooses Log Off in the masthead.
Depending on the value specified in the Inspection Interval property described below, there might be a delay between the time that the user logs off the portal and the time that the external windows close.
Go to .
In the Portal Catalog, open .
In the context menu of the navigation_events_helper service, choose Configure.
Set the following properties:
enableCloseAllWindows: Determines whether to close all of the open portal windows in the session when the user logs off.
closeAllInterval: Specify how often to check whether a user has logged off the portal. This property is only relevant if the enableCloseAllWindows property is set to Yes. Value is in milliseconds.
enableCloseAllWindows.setCookieSecured: Set this property to true if your system uses HTTPS.

To close portal windows that use the Light Framework Page, you need to first change the EPCFLevel property on the Light Framework Page:
In the Portal Catalog, choose .
Open the Light Framework Page. In the Page Editor, choose Light Desktop Innerpage and choose Open.
In the Property Editor, from the Property Category dropdown list, choose Show All.
Find the EPCFLevel property and change the value to 1.
