The connection-specific configurations depend on the type of components that are to communicate with each other, for example, connections between:
· Two application servers
· The application server and an RFC client or server program
Connection-specific configurations can include making access control list entries or specifying the SNC name of the server's communication partner in parameters.
For example, when establishing an SNC-protected connection between an RFC server program and the AS ABAP, you must make some access control entries.
