In transaction ST06 make sure that your system does not exceed the following values for Pages in/Pages out:

Value Limit: Pages in on Windows
Pages in	Value Limit:
Short-term maximum for Pages in/s (Transaction ST06)	200
Long-term maximum for Pages in/h (Transaction ST06)	600.000

Value Limit: Pages out on Windows
Pages out	Value Limit:
Short-term maximum for Pages out/s (Transaction ST06)	600
Long-term maximum for Pages out/h (Transaction ST06)	1.800.000

If you use Windows Server 2003, apply SAP Note 1009297 (Microsoft patch for Windows to improve the page-out algorithm for SAP systems).
