Value Range and Syntax

The following values are permitted:

Value

Meaning

0

The ICM never sends a soft cancel to a work process

1

The ICM can only send a soft cancel to a work process if the session is stateless.

2

The ICM can send a soft cancel to the work process regardless of whether the session is stateful or stateless.

If the value of the parameter is 2, the ICM sends, for example, a soft cancel if the connection to the browser is terminated or a timeout is exceeded.

With the default value 1 this does not happen for stateful sessions, and the user context in the back end therefore remains the same.
