Check items enable the rating of Analysis Structure Nodes during analysis. The rating is based on the results of check steps assigned to the check items. You can assign any number of check steps to each check series. You can assign any number of check items to a structure node.

The Solution Documentation Assistant shows the check items of a structure node in the Check Rules area of the Analysis Project View. You can check whether and how many check items are assigned to a structure node, and create or edit check items.
