You want to activate the planned status of a business function.

Caution Caution

When you activate a business function, you can no longer deactivate it. This could affect the activation of other business functions, because of dependencies between business functions.

Prerequisites

All dependencies are satisfied.

Procedure

  • If you only want to activate your changes for specified systems:

    1. Select the row of a system.

    2. Select Activate.

  • If you want to activate changes for all systems, choose   Edit   Activate All  .

Result

The system changes the current status of the business functions.
