Universal Worklist 

Universal Worklist os SAP NetWeaver provides portal users a single point of access for managing tasks, which can be personalized to suit each user’s working style.

This section provides information about the administration and maintenance of Universal Worklist in the Enterprise Portal (EP) usage type. It describes the tasks and the corresponding tools. In addition, it points you to further documentation that you require for performing these tasks.

Usage Type

The universal worklist capabilities are installed with the SAP NetWeaver EP (Enterprise Portal) usage type.

Administration and Configuration

In the portal and in rooms, tasks are handled in the Universal Worklist (UWL). You can change the layout and behavior of the UWL. See Administration and Configuration of the UWL. This documentation is part of the portal documentation and is only available in English.
