Making User Settings for Change Request
Management
Before you start to use the Service Desk for the Change Request Management scenario, you may want to make some personal settings.
1. Call transaction CRMD_ORDER.
2.
Choose
with the
quick info text Settings.
3. Select the Specific tab page.
4. Make the following entries:
¡ In the Pushbutton 1 field, enter SDCR.
¡ In the Pushbutton 2 field, enter SDTM.
¡ In the Pushbutton 3 field, enter SLFN.
5. Select the ObjctServices tab page.
6. Select everything except for Actions.
7. Save your entries.
The initial screen of transaction CRMD_ORDER now contains the following personalized pushbuttons:
Change Request
Test Message
Service Desk Message
You can now also
see
with the quick info text Actions.
These pushbuttons are required for the procedures described in the Change Request Management documentation.
