Procedure documentationAssigning Job Documentation Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

You want to assign job documentation that already exists, to the change document.

Prerequisites

  • The change document has the status Created and is without errors.

  • You have not yet assigned job documentation to the change document.

  • You are in change mode.

  • The productive system of the assigned logical component matches the IBase component of the change document.

Procedure

  1. Choose Actions (Actions).

  2. Choose Assign Job Documentation and then Save.

    A dialog box lists existing job documentation.

  3. Select job documentation by double-click.

Result

You have assigned existing job documentation to the change document. The job documentation appears in the document flow.
