Procedure documentation Activating an Integration Model  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

When you activate an integration model, the system determines and releases the data that is to be transferred. This report also starts the data transfer.

Prerequisites

You have created an integration model.

Procedure

...

       1.      On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics Central Functions Supply Chain Planning Interface Core Interface Advanced Planner and Optimizer Integration Model Activate.

The screen Activate or Deactivate Integration Model appears.

       2.      In the Model field, enter the name of the model, which you defined when you created the integration model, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Execute.

The Activate or Deactivate Integration Model screen appears, which displays the integration model you selected.

       3.      Click the version of the model and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Active/Inactive to activate the integration model.

The This graphic is explained in the accompanying text icon is displayed next to the date of the integration model.

       4.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying textStart to start transferring the data.

Caution

During activation, the system will not transfer an iPPE model that is already contained in an existing integration model. In this case, the system will not evaluate any change pointers for this iPPE model.

Line balances are always deleted during the transfer, and then created again. Avoid deleting entries from the queue as the line balances are always created again in the blocks that are transferred last.

If an error occurs during the transfer, you can delete the entries for which an error occurred. Activate the subsequent queue entries again to avoid deleting line balances that already existed in SAP SCM before the transfer was executed.
