Function documentation J2EE Config Browser  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

With the J2EE Config Browser, you can view the database configurations of the systems you are connected to. Available systems are displayed as tree nodes in the J2EE Engine Configurations view. To expand a tree node, click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. Each database configuration can contain the following entries:

·         This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Sub-configurations

·         This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Property sheets

·         This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Files

·         This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Values

 

Activities

To view database configuration entries, click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The selected node exands and the node icon chages to This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. To view the contents of a Property sheet or a File, click on the blue square in front of each tree level. The Details view opens below the J2EE Engine Configurations view.

The Details view displays the following information about selected entries:

·         Property sheets – list of properties in this entry and their default and custom values

·         Files – contents of the file in text or hex format. To change between viewing formats, click the Text or Hex tab respectively. You can also download the file by clicking the Download tab.
