You select one Business Function Set, whose data you want to edit, per system. The system shows the selected Business Function Set, and the Business Function Sets it contains.

You can create your own Business Function Sets, locally, in the Switch Framework of a system. See Create Business Function Sets for more information.

Prerequisites

You are authorized to select certain Business Function Sets.

Procedure

  1. Choose   Edit   Select Business Function Sets  

  2. You are in change mode. The system reads the data for the Business Function Sets delivered by SAP.

  3. Select the row of a system, and expand the selection list.

  4. Choose a Business Function Set. The system checks:

    • Authorization: If you are not authorized to select the Business Function Set, you get an error message, and the selection is reset to the last entry selected.

    • Active Business Functions: If the selected Business Function Set does not contain the Business Functions already active in the same system, you cannot select it.

  5. Confirm.

  6. Save.

Result

The system displays the Business Function Set.
