Settings for Deployment - SAP Documentation

Define a deployment service profile and set the planning horizon and planning offset in Customizing for Supply Network Collaboration , by choosing Start of the navigation path Replenishment Next navigation step Deployment Define Deployment Service Profiles End of the navigation path .

For the planning book, planning area, and data view, you must use the following settings:

Planning book: 9ASNP02
Planning Area: 9ASNP94
Data View: SNP94 (1)

Create a scheduling profile for your location product. You maintain the scheduling profile in the transaction SM30 by entering /SCA/SCHED_PR in the field Table/View and then choosing Maintain .

Create a new entry and make the following settings:

Enter VMIPLANNING in the Scheduling Profile field.
Activate the Active checkbox.

Define a selection for your planning profile. You can define a selection in the SAP Easy Access menu, by choosing Start of the navigation path SCM Basis Next navigation step Planning Service Manager Current Settings Define Selections End of the navigation path .

Make the following settings:

Select the Transportation Lane radio button in the Selection Type box.
Enter your ship-from location in the field Start Location and your ship-to location in the field Destination Location in the Transportation Lane box.

You must create a planning profile. You can create a planning profile in the SAP Easy Access menu, by choosing Start of the navigation path SCM Basis Next navigation step Planning Service Manager Current Settings Define Planning Profile End of the navigation path .

Create a new entry and make the following entries:

Enter your planning profile name in the Profile field.
Enter a description in the Description field.
Enter your selection in the process block and enter 000 in the Pln Version field.
Enter /SAP/LAS in the Process Profile field.
Enter VMI_DEPLOYMENT_SERVICE in the Planning Service field.
Enter your deployment service profile in the Deployment Profile field of the service list.
