Create Scenario/Process Graphic
The system shows processes, process steps and their components as process or scenario graphics, in the Graphic tab. You can adjust these graphics to your requirements, to show the actual process flow in your company.
You have created a project structure in the Business Blueprint.
To call the functions in the following table, choose the transaction Business Blueprint.
Create new graphic elements

Create free components |
Goto → Graphic Elements → Free Components tab → New Entry |
Enter numbers from 000-255 (RGB color values) in the Colors box, to specify the color of the free components. |
Transport business partners and free components into other systems |
Goto → Graphic Elements → Put Elements in Transport Request |

Create connecting lines for process (step) |
In the context menu of the source element (process or process step) → Create Line (Synchronous/Asynchronous) → In the context menu of the target element → Draw Line or Drag the yellow dot (the start of a line) to the target element, with the left-hand mouse key pressed |
Scenario/Process flow ● Synchronous: The previous process(step) waits for the end of the following process(step) ● Asynchronous: The related process steps run consecutively. |

You can print the graphic with a pushbutton in the Graphic tab, or export it to Microsoft Powerpoint or Word.
