You can edit content objects of info object class Slide in PowerPoint.

You can edit slides that are in the Knowledge Warehouse or Local Repository. The slides are stored in the Local Repository during editing.

There are the following functions:

• Edit one or more slides
• Edit the slides of a chapter
• Set hyperlinks

To have access to slides in the Knowledge Warehouse, you must start the Knowledge Workbench in online mode.

Select one or more slides and choose Info object → Edit info object(s).

In the structure editor, select a chapter (structure nodes with a lower level) and choose Info object → Edit chapter.

The slide was edited.

• If you did not finish the editing process, it stays open and is displayed in the folder at the end of the Info Object List.

• If you finished the editing process, the following actions are taken:

• New content objects were created in the Local Repository.
• Modified content objects were updated in the Local Repository.
• The modified structure was updated in the Local Repository.
