Example for Consolidation with Rules in Rule
Strategies
The rules-based ATP check determines the rules R1 to R5. The following table shows the settings for these rules from integrated rule maintenance and the results of the rule evaluation.

Consolidation in consolidation location CL2 |
The consolidation location is CL1.
The evaluation of R2 also leads to a consolidation in consolidation location CL1, since no other consolidation location is defined for R1 and consolidation is not deactivated.
The evaluation of R3 leads to a consolidation in the consolidation location CL2. For R3, the system does not use the consolidation location CL1 from R1, since a different consolidation location is defined for R3.
The evaluation of R4 does not lead to a consolidation, since consolidation is deactivated for this rule.
The evaluation of R5 leads to a consolidation in the consolidation location CL2. For R5, the system uses the last consolidation location determined in the rule evaluation.
