This function allows you to report on the master data last loaded into the system, even when it hasn’t been activated yet.

Features

You can find this function in the InfoSet Builder via the main menu under   Goto   Global Properties   Most Recent Reporting for InfoObjects  . If you set this indicator, a most recent reporting is carried out for all master-data bearing characteristics. As a result, the newest records are displayed in the query, even when these have yet to be activated, that is, are still in the M version. See Versioning Master Data.

Example

You have defined an InfoSet via the characteristic 0COSTCENTER. You are loading master data for the 0COSTCENTER characteristic. After activation, the P table looks like this:

Later, you load new records. These are firstly in the M version:
