Calendar for Determining Procurement Lead Times 
Service Parts Planning (SPP) uses different calendars to determine the different procurement lead times.

The following table gives you an overview of the calendars that SPP uses, and where you can create and edit these calendars.

If your supplier only delivers on certain days, then these days must be entered into the supplier's shipping calendar as follows: 00:00:00 hrs to 23:59:59 hrs. If you enter to 24:00:00 hrs the system changes the time to 00:00:00 hrs on the following day. End of the note. |

NoteWhich calendar SPP uses to determine which procurement lead time depends on whether you work with the planning calendar for SPP or with separate standard calendars. You can specify which of these options you want to work with in Customizing under Make General Settings for DRP in the Calendar Selection field.

If you have selected component procurement lead times in Customizing under Make General Settings for DRP in the Procurement Leads Times in DRP field, the system uses the calendar that you have specified in the Calendar for Transp. Times field. If you selected the total procurement lead time, the system uses the calendar that you have specified in the Calendar for Total Procurement Lead Time field. |
