Viewing Sent Mail
Messages
You can browse the list of all mails sent by a particular client application. Mails with the following statuses are kept in this list:
· Sent – mails in progress
● Suspended – hard bounced mails
● Soft Bounced – mails with temporary problems
● Lost in Space – mails for which the response time limit has been exceeded
The Bounced Mail Framework (BMF) updates the mail list only when the client application sends a new mail. This is done to improve system performance.

If a mail has the status Sent and its response time limit is exceeded, the status changes to Lost in Space as soon as a new mail is sent by the client application. Until then, the mail status is shown as Sent.

○ To go back to the list of the client applications, choose Back to Clients List.
