Call and Edit Work Folders  

Use

Work folders are predefined for each Infocube. You want to create a work folder and edit the resulting report.

Prerequisites

You have assigned the role SAP_BW_SOLUTION_MANAGER.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose the transaction Business Explorer Analyzer (RRMX) or the menu entry for your database.

You go to the work folder.

 

If you call the work folder directly with the transaction RRMX, you call your work folder with the Open symbol in the Business Explorer toolbar, in the MS Excel sheet.

       2.      You can edit your data here and save it locally.

Result

You have called and edited a work folder.
