Designing and Configuring Integration within Non-SAP  

Purpose

Using this process, you can design and configure the configuration objects required for the integration scenario within a non-SAP integration server.

Process Flow

The following IT process depends on the non-SAP integration technology that is used. You have to:

       1.      Design and define the business objects relevant for the non-SAP integration server.

       2.      Select and configure the respective adapter.

       3.      Configure the data mapping.

       4.      Configure logical data routing.

       5.      Configure the required business logic and if required - the collaboration agreements.

       6.      Deploy the configurations on the server.

       7.      Start the adapter and the integration server.

Result

You have designed and configured the configuration objects for your interoperability scenario within the non-SAP environment.
