A content window (UI) in the GP framework remains empty.

Check the current assignments between the users concerned and the GP Portal roles. These assignments are made in the user management administration console of the Enterprise Portal. For more information, see:

When executing a Callable Object based on an Adobe form, the system rejects the connecton (wrong ADS connectivity).

Probably, the SLD configuration and the security settings of the ADS Web service cause the error. For more information, see:.

Data is not transferred from the interactive form to the SAP System.

Check the GP service caf/eu/gp/model. Probably, the settings for host and port are not correct. For more information, see General System Configuration in the CAF-GP Configuration Guide.

An e-mail is not sent.

Check the GP service caf/eu/gp/model:

·        Are the correct values assigned to the parameters smtp.server and smtp.service_user_mail

·        In connection with interactive forms: are the correct values assigned to the parameters mailconnector.start_thread and mime.id.forms.mail ?

Imported GP objects are not displayed in the gallery of the GP design time.

The parameter devobj.after_import_processing in the GP service caf/eu/gp/model defines the postprocessing for imported objects. This step (release of the GP objects) has not yet been executed.
