Use

The Queue Manager allows you to monitor the status of forms received and change this status as required. It explicitly handles forms received through an asynchronous connection, using the adapters you edited and configured.

Prerequisites

You have the appropriate rights to work in the GP Administration workset.

Procedure

       1.      From the Select Queue dropdown box, select the queue you want to monitor.

The overview is divided into the following areas (tabs):

¡        Queue Entries

The system displays those items that have been received or are currently being received through the selected adapter used. The items are identified based on the following fields:

§         ID: unique description of the item

       Status: current status of the item. You can find more information on the Queue Header Data tab.

       Date: date on which the item was received

       Queue Header Data

Displays the supported statuses of the queue, such as:

§         Status: 2 / Status text: Error

       Status: 1 / Status text: New

       Queue Item Details

This tab contains two overviews:

§         Log Entries – shows the date and status of the entry

       Log Entry Details

       Queue Item Content

The content of the queue item is displayed.

       2.      To change the existing status of a queue item, choose Change Status To on the Queue Entries tab after you select the relevant status from the dropdown box.
