Use

You want to create Service Desk messages.

Prerequisites

You have assigned the role SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_CREATE to the user.

Procedure

...

       1.      Select the Messages check.

       2.      Enter the required data in the Message Workflow tab:

Message type:

·        R Name of the users in the connected SAP system, e.g. SMITHB. Also specify the system ID, and its client, in the fields TARGET SID and TARGET CLIENT.

·        C Distribution list, e.g. Business Process Monitoring

·        U  E-mail address, e.g. bill.smith@our.company.com

·        B SAP user name, e.g. SMITHB                  

Target SID

Target system (see message type R)

Target Client

Client in target system (see message type R)

Detailed

Flag whether the workflow message should contain long texts.

 

       3.      Enter the required data in the Support Messages tab.
