Solution Support Organization
Specify the groups and group members of your support organization who are responsible for operational processing. You can assign monitoring roles to groups.
You are in the Business Process SETUP session.
...
1. Select the Solution Support Organization check.
2. Specify the group name of your support organization.

To insert rows, choose Append Row or Insert Row.
3. Save your entries.
The system generates subchecks for the groups, according to your entries.
4. Select a subcheck for your group.
5. Select the names and contact information of your group members from the possible entries help in the Team Members tab.

If you have setup contacts in the Contacts tab in the Solution Directory, you can call them from the possible entries help.
6. Flag the monitoring role which you assign to the group, in the Monitoring Roles tab.

You can add a user role:
i. Flag the role Other Monitoring.
ii. Save your entries.
The system generates a subcheck, Other Monitoring.
iii. Select the subcheck.
iv. Enter your role description.
v. Save your entries.
The role is now available.
7. Save your entries.
