Procedure documentationCreating Job Documentation Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

You want to create new job documentation and assign it to a change document.

Prerequisites

  • The change document has the status Created and is without errors.

  • You have not yet assigned job documentation to the change document.

  • You are in change mode.

Procedure

  1. Choose Actions (Actions).

  2. Choose Create Job Documentation and then Save.

    A dialog box appears.

  3. Assign a logical component to the job documentation.

    You have the following options:

    • Assign the logical component using a process step.

    • Assign the logical component directly.

      The system only offers you the logical components for which the IBase component system is also a production system.

Result

You have created new job documentation. The system has automatically assigned the job documentation to the changes document and it appears in the document flow.
