A time interval in minutes with which you can specify the earliest possible scheduling time for operations.
The default for the earliest possible start date for a new operation to be scheduled or rescheduled is the current time, whereby the current time is determined by the current date and the current time of day.
Using the offset time, you can shift the earliest possible start date into the future or into the past.
