You can use a trend model, seasonal model or seasonal-trend model with first-order exponential smoothing and enter a phi parameter for trend dampening. You can do this for the forecast strategies 20, 21, 30, 31, 40, 41, and 50 to 56. For more information, see Trend Dampening Options for Exponential Smoothing.
