Procedure documentation Analyze Status  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You can analyze the status for one test plan or across test plans. The status of one test plan is usually the result of a particular test. Test plan-independent status analyses combine the results of several test plans, and can be considered as the overall result of a complex test, which comprises several test plans.

Status analysis of one test plan

Procedure

...

¡        Go to the test plan management via Tools ABAP Workbench Test Test Workbench Test Organizer Manage Test plans in the SAP menu.

       1.      Choose a test plan. Use the F4 help or choose a test plan from your Favorites.

       2.      Choose Status Analysis.

       3.      You can specify a period in which the statuses are analyzed with This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

       4.      Select an object, depending on whether the status of one test package or the entire test plan is to be analyzed.

       5.      Choose Create detail view.

An overview of the test progress appears. The left-hand column contains information about the test case, and the right-hand column contains the test status.

Note

If a test case was assigned to several test packages, each test package has a separate test case status. You can see all statuses of a test case by clicking on the Overview symbol after the test case.

To display all test statuses assigned to all test cases, choose View Additional information. Other status analysis display types are under the menu item View.

This is indicated by a flag in the Obsolete result column and an entry in the list header. You can update this information by selecting the test plans and choosing Goto Refresh Status Analysis.
